Hi guys, I always enjoy visiting the store. Staff are always friendly and keen to help, and you've consistently got a good range of reloading gear in stock. I came in the other day and bought some powder; it took about 2 minutes to get the powder from the locker out the back, but it took closer to 15 minutes to get the paperwork done (I was the only customer up front). Could I suggest that your staff get a bit more training in using the sales software? I know the paperwork around powder and ammo is a pain, but it shouldn't take that long.

We try to make your experience as pleasant as possible, but unfortunately we are restricted by Qld legislation when selling reloading powder, which is classified by the Govt as a 'security sensitive explosive'. We always endeavour to fully comply with the relevant legislation and we are truly sorry for the extra time that engaging in such a process can some times incur.
