A Martini-Henry I.C.1. carbine manufactured by Royal Small Arms Factory (RSAF) Enfield in 1885 and issued to the Queensland Government in 1895. The right-hand side of the receiver bears the royal cypher of Queen Victoria, with "V.R. Enfield 1885 I.C.1" written beneath it.
This carbine was issued to the Queensland Government in January of 1895, with the text "Q/|\G 256" on the top right of the right-hand side of the receiver. Additionally, the right-hand side of the butt stock bears the text "Q/|\G 256," "01/95," and "6 1886" on it as well as a roundel with a War Department arrow and the text "Enfield" on it.
Also comes with a test target.
