It was the first successful semi-automatic shotgun design, and remained in production up to 1998. 'Auto-5' designates that it is an autoloader with a capacity of five rounds, four in the magazine and one in the chamber.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis particular shotgun with serial number of 192726 dates circa 1936, meaning it falls into pre-WWII Belgian production.
