I have used this ammunition for about two years and it has solid performance and accuracy.

I bought 100 rounds of PPU to try on my .308 ruger as a comparison to federal and Winchester. It shot straight and accurate however I started having extraction issues after about 15 rounds and the bolt became very heavy. I stripped the bolt and firing pin and it was absolutely caked in carbon after 50 rounds. It looked like I’d put 200+ through it. I ran 50 federal through it, stripped and cleaned and looked good. Tried the last 50 rounds of PPU I had on hand and again the bolt became heavy to the point where it was a concerted effort to extract the spent shell. In terms of accuracy and recoil it’s on par with federal and win at an excellent price for .308 but it does have a trade off. If you don’t mind stripping down your bolt after 20 rounds this would be fine for you.
