                  BRNO Mod 2

Contacted Rebel as I was rebuilding my BRNO Mod 2 and required some parts, an extractor claw, an opposing helper and an ejector plate. BRNO and CZ have built this style of rimfire for decades and although they look very similar, the parts can vary. The Rebel team sorted what I needed accurately and posted them to me. I received them the next day. Everything they sent was perfect in fit and function.
Over many years I have used Rebel for parts, mainly ex military stuff and have always had the right replacements. Their knowledge in this field is second to none,

                  Just in case....

I have never heard of a Brno rimfire ever having any problems with case extraction, however there is that Murphy fellow that lurks around and you never know when a new, original spare extractor or case holder/extractor helper, may come in handy (the holder/helper being the bit opposite the extractor, who's job it is to hold the case against the extractor, while waiting for the case rim to hit the ejector spur located on the bolt guide plate inside the receiver. Many think Brnos etc. have dual extractors, however if this were the case, there would be no ejection due to both extractors holding the cartridge case firmly against the bolt face). Having a few spares for Brno rifles might be prudent too, now that CZ have changed direction with some of their models I doubt they will keep an inventory of spares for what they may sadly see as "obsolete" rifles from another era and I fear that once the current stocks of genuine Brno spares are gone, they may be gone forever. Get them spares while you can would be my advice!
