An original German First World War helical 32-round drum magazine, also known in official nomenclature as the 'Trommelmagazin 08.' This magazine was manufactured in Nuremberg by the German toy company Gebrüder Bing, or Bing Brothers, then a famous manufacturer of model trains. This magazine was designed for use with the Artillery Luger P.08 pistol, but will also suit standard Luger P.08 handguns. Uniquely though, it comes fitted with an adapter to allow it to be used by the MP18 machine pistol.

The front of the magazine is stamped with the serial number of "511094," as well as a manufacturer's stamp of a 'B' over the letter 'N' indicating Bing of Nuremberg. The back of the magazine also has the serial number and the Bing manufacturer's stamp, but additionally features the numbers '12,' '17,' '22,' '27,' and '32' at different positions to indicate magazine capacity. 

This magazine also comes with an original slip-on dust cover.
