- A .410 bore shotgun converted from a Martini-Enfield Mk. II in .303 British, which was converted by Royal Small Arms Factory (RSAF) Enfield from a Martini-Henry Mk. II in .577-450 originally made by the Birmingham Small Arms Company (BSA) in 1877. The right-hand side of the receiver bears the royal cypher of Queen Victoria, with "V.R. B.S.A. & M. Co. 1877 II" written beneath it.
 
- As a Martini-Enfield Mk. II originally in .303 British, it was issued to the Queensland Government, with the text "Q/|\G 9262" on the top right of the right-hand side of the receiver.
- Tested for and recommended for use with 2-1/2" shells.
