•Western Australian Dealers & Residents ONLY: we can send firearms via TNT to Roy Alexander & Sons in Perth ONLY.

• For Queensland licence holders, you must apply for your Permit to Acquire here and elect your licenced address as the 'shipping address'.

• Ammunition must be purchased separately in another order. In accordance with Queensland law, firearms can not be legally sent with ammunition. Dangerous goods shipping is required.

Southern Cross Taipan — FieldReady Package

Built in Australia for local conditions, the Southern Cross Taipan is a compact, pump-action centrefire production rifle made from premium materials and shipped ready to shoot — fitted and zeroed with a Leupold VX-Freedom 1.5–4×20 (Matte, Plex) on a Leupold MARK AR 1″ matte mount.

Package options

Chamberings: .223 Remington or .300 Blackout.
Colours: Black, Grey, Bronze (Cerakote over anodize).
Included: Taipan rifle (chosen chambering/colour), Leupold VX-Freedom 1.5–4×20 scope (Matte, Plex) pre-mounted on Leupold MARK AR 1″ MATTE, 2 × 10-round magazines, user manual, basic bore-sighting.

Barrel: 16.5 in / 419 mm, button-rifled stainless steel.
Action: Pump-action centrefire with rotating bolt and bolt-open lock position.
Construction: CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminium; anodized then Cerakoted for wear resistance.
Trigger: Straight blade; pull 3.5–4.5 lb (factory).
Safety: Two-position safety.
