The Marlin Model 336SS is a stainless-steel version of Marlin’s renowned Model 336 lever-action rifle, combining the proven design of the traditional 336 with increased resistance to corrosion and harsh field conditions. Chambered in the classic .30-30 Winchester, the 336SS is an excellent hunting and general-purpose field rifle, particularly well suited to close-to-medium-range hunting. Its solid-top receiver, side ejection and smooth lever action have helped make the Model 336 one of the most recognisable and respected American sporting rifles.

This example is in excellent condition retaining a very nice finish to both the steel and wood furniture. It has had some trigger work giving it an improved crisp feel over the standard factory configuration. It also is fitted with a Skinner Express rear sight, providing a robust, low-profile aperture sighting system.
