A Swedish m/96 Mauser manufactured by Carl Gustafs in 1915. The top of the receiver bears the Carl Gustafs crown logo above the text "Carl Gustafs Stads Gevarsfaktori" and the date "1915."

This rifle is one of an estimated 89,000 Swedish m/96 rifles acquired by Finland during its Winter or Continuation Wars, with the rifle featuring a boxed "[SA]" stamp on the left-hand side beside the inspector's initials. This makes it one of the few Swedish Mausers to see use in an armed conflict. This rifle was sold out of service by the Finnish in the late 1950's, and it bears British import and nitro proof marks on both the action and barrel.
