An extraordinary FN Browning B25 C3 shotgun, handcrafted in Belgium in 1962. The Browning B25 (or Superposé as it is known by in Europe) was the final masterpiece personally designed by John Moses Browning, regarded by many as the greatest firearms designer in history. Introduced in 1925, it was the world’s first successful over-and-under shotgun, forever redefining elegance and performance in the field.
This C3 Sporting model represents the pinnacle of that tradition. The receiver and trigger guard are adorned with deeply cut, intricate scroll engraving, executed with a crispness and finesse only found on FN’s finest bespoke pieces. Every flourish reflects the artistry of Belgium’s master engravers, turning functional steel into a canvas of luxury.
The FN Browning B25 C3 is more than a sporting shotgun; it is a work of art with heritage. Rare to find in such outstanding condition, this 1962 example bridges the golden age of gunmaking with modern collecting. It represents not only a capable and elegant sporting arm but also a tangible investment in the enduring legacy of John Browning and the artisans of Herstal.
