Sauer & Sohn in Germany, the Sauer 100 is a modern bolt-action sporting rifle designed to combine Sauer’s renowned accuracy and engineering with a durable, weather-resistant configuration. The Stainless XTA pairs a stainless steel barrel and action with a tough synthetic stock, making it particularly well suited to demanding field conditions.

The Sauer 100 uses a smooth three-lug bolt action with a 60-degree bolt lift, providing good scope clearance and fast, positive cycling. Its detachable box magazine offers convenient loading and unloading, while the three-position safety provides practical control over the rifle and action.

Chambered in .223 Remington, this rifle offers mild recoil, excellent accuracy potential and a wide selection of available ammunition. The cartridge is particularly well suited to recreational target shooting and varmint or pest-control applications.
