A beautiful Swedish m/96 Mauser target rifle manufactured by Carl Gustafs in 1912. The top of the receiver bears the Carl Gustafs crown logo above the text "Carl Gustafs Stads Gevarsfaktori" and the date "1912."

This rifle was converted into a target rifle for use with the Swedish Frivilliga Skytterörelsen (FSR), or Voluntary Shooting Movement, and has had its military rear sights and stock disk removed. Instead, it now has high-end Elit Medström diopter sights, and a new brass stock disk with the text "Ove-Pettersson Skoga" written inside it.
