    Very happy

This units fits easily and has fed flawlessly for over one thousand rounds now without a hichup. I have bought several more 10 round magazines for use in my Rem 700 .223 and each one works the way it should. Makes night time shooting much easier using the 10 round mags instead of constantly topping off a floor plate magazine in the dark in the back of a ute.

    Wouldn't Recommend

This magazine kit looks good, is easy to install, and fits the Remington 700 VTR without the need for modification, however I WOULD NOT recommend purchasing this magazine kit for the following reasons.
The magazine constantly fails to function correctly, in particular if you load more than 3 to 4 rounds, which defeats the purpose of having a 10 round magazine.
It fails to feed the rounds, and the fault would appear to be caused by the very light gauge spring failing to have sufficient strength to push the follower upwards.
Contacted my local gun shop regarding the problem, and unfortunately there is no "fix" available from Legacy.
